How to Book an Event!

1.   Call or email us with your request. We'll need your: 

2.   We'll verify if your event date is available and give you a quote.

3.   We'll send you an easy booking contract with planner form and credit card payment form (if paying deposit with credit card)

4.   Once you get the contract, fill it out, fax or mail it back to us. Your event will be officially booked when we receive your deposit. The balance will be due and paid to your DJ on the date noted on your contract; usually on day of event. Weddings are due the day before the wedding date. 

5. Your event information form will be due as soon as possible so to allow adequite time to prepare for your event.

"Then what happens after I book you guys???..."

6.    We will stay in contact with you.  For larger events, we may meet with you to discuss your event and ideas for no extra charge. In these cases, we will visit your event location before your date, just to make sure we have the proper address, equipment, available outlets and space for your event.

7.   2 days before your event, a PDJS staff member will confirm your event, it's location directions if needed, confirmation on your package and to answer any other questions you have.

8.    On the day of your event, your DJ will arrive  before your event to set up, test equipment and lighting, confirm your playlist and prepare for your party. FULL PAYMENT WILL BE DUE BEFORE OUR SERVICES CAN BE RENDERED and must be paid to your DJ at his arrival.

9.   ENJOY the fun and memories our DJs will bring to your special day and guests!!

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT:  

A Deposit of your performance service fee is due at time of booking.

• 25% for Small Events
• 50% for Large Events (includes weddings, sweet 16's, 15's, dances and conventions)

Deposits are required to officially reserve your date and can be paid by credit card.
