IF YOU DON'T HAVE A WEDDING PLANNER, I maybe the next best thing. I will do a tremendous amount of work WITH your Wedding DJ and Vendors at your reception to help things run smoothly and to your wedding itinerary so YOU can relax and enjoy their special celebration!
The right Coordinator helps your RECEPTION run smoothly!
I will control your wedding itinerary as you instructed as well as communicate with vendors so you can get the great photos, ensure organization of your reception, music requests, announcements and more.
IF YOUR WEDDING IS NOT ON SCHEDULE or vendor is late or delaying service, YOUR DJ WILL NOT KNOW...I help to avoid this so you can enjoy your wedding.
Your DJ and Coordinator will:
- Play back ground music as guests arrive
- Greet the Bride and Groom & line the wedding party
- Introduce the wedding party, then Bride and Groom
- Introduce the start of the buffet line (if applicable) and the Bride and Groom, wedding party and family is served first.
- Check with Bride and Groom during dinner
- Introduce Best Man and Maid of Honor Toast
- At appropriate time, introduce the First Dance with Bride and Groom and then other specific dances that my be requested (Bride and Father, Wedding Party, etc.)
- Introduce cake cutting time
- And more as requested!!

Hiring the cheapest DJ can end up in a wedding nightmare! You don't want:

A wedding DJ without an assistant for emergencies and wedding schedule control

LED Lighting is recommended for weddings. They provide full dance floor colors that are soft and exciting.
Our Small LED Light Package is FREE for all Wedding Packages!
Lighting is also essential for setting the mood you want for your wedding. Some prefer only dim lights while others prefer a more upbeat lighted atmosphere. Whatever your preference, we have the lighting package you want.
